EXCHANGE POLICY

Items can be exchanged within [7] days of receiving the order.

To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, in original condition, and with tags attached.

Sale items, accessories, bodysuits, and intimate items are not eligible for exchange.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, and exchange delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

سياسة التبديل

يمكن استبدال القطع خلال [7] أيام من تاريخ استلام الطلب.

يشترط أن تكون القطع غير ملبوسة، غير مستخدمة، بحالتها الأصلية.

القطع المخفضة، الإكسسوارات، البودي سوت،  لا تشملها سياسة الاستبدال.

رسوم الشحن غير مستردة، وتكاليف شحن الاستبدال يتحملها العميل، إلا في حال كان المنتج تالفًا أو تم إرسال منتج خاطئ.
